    I am not able to find the software WinCE6.0 any where in web,i am current want to develop applications on FriendlyARM Mini2440 using WinCE.

              Where as Some people are suggesting that Windows Embedded Compact 7 is not compatible with Mini2440. So please any one can share the link of the WinCE6.0 OS. or mail me to [e-mail]

It's a toolset for building customized operating system configurations and creating specific target hardware board support packages. You will not find a final-product download from anyone with the possible exception of the device's hardware vendor. That is, if the Mini2440's manufacturer had a Windows CE build for it, they might make it available somehow.
