i have webpad equiped with SH4 processor with installation of winCE 4.2 pro, I even dont know about the vendor from where i can get help my problem out and not even i have BSP of it and some more its all in japanese language. for the time being i want to install WinCE 6.0 R3, is there any one who cna help me out.

This is just not like installing a windows 7/XP/vista on a PC. It is not a generic OS. if you want to change the binary, you have to contact the device vendor to get the Windows CE 6.0 BSP or binary for your device.
