Testing and certifying within a Virtual Machine running on Microsoft Hyper-V is required for the 'Certified For' and 'Works with' logo programs.
If your application cannot be supported within a Virtual Machine (or) if there are other reasons you must test in a physical machine you may contact Microsoft to seek a waiver.
