Hi,

We have purchased Ms Visio Pro single licensed and i have installed it in my windows laptop but i am not able to installed it on my mac with the same user as the visio Pro licenses i can use it on 5 pc's & 5 devices mobile & tablet but when i try to installed in on my mac it is not allow to installed it on my mac.

Please help me with the issue ASAP.

Hi,

Visio is NOT supported on Mac OS.

if you purchase Visio online for 5 devices for the same user, you can install it up to five devices but NOT on Mac OS.
