I need to perform OCS operations like enable OCS on AD users, enable different OCS features for an AD user etc...

I am usign OCS 2007 R2 with VS 2008 (C#). I don't know where to start off and how to communicate with OCS using sdk.

For these types of operations, you need to use the WMI interface to OCS.  You need to install the OCS Admin Tools role from the setup media for OCS to get the WMI classes defined.  Then download the OCS 2007 R2 Resource Kit and take a look at the WMI samples in that.  Particularly the LCSEnableConfigureUsers.wsf script.
