Not sure why or what updates have been applied but the Front-End Service will not start.  OCS used to work.  Good thing this is only running in a test lab and not production. 

The event viewer has the following message:

The Office Communications Server Front-End service terminated with service-specific error 3222143082 (0xC00E006A).

Found other posting related to update KB974571, but this system does not have that update applied.  All available updates via windows update have been applied.

Thoughts or Suggestions??

我有同样的错误。我跟踪了归档问题，但我不知道什么是错的。如果我禁用存档，我可以启动服务，但一旦重新开启归档并说如果存档失败则关闭我无法启动服务。归档服务正在运行，MSMQ服务也在运行。

I am having the same Error.  I have tracked my down to an archiving issue, but i dont know whats wrong.  If i disable archiving i can start the service but once turn archiving back on and say shut down if archiving failes i cannot start the service.  THE archiving servcie is running, and the MSMQ service is also running.
