I  don't need runFullTrust,  I used DAC to get the appax,  I don't know how to remove "runFullTrust"。 The whole process is automatic, I fund Package.appxmanifest file in the following folders:
C:\Users\15017\source\repos\App1\App1
C:\Users\15017\source\repos\WapProjTemplate1\WapProjTemplate1
C:\Users\15017\source\repos\App2\App2

I remove <Capability Name="runFullTrust" /> from Package.appxmanifest in the three folders, but I still get info:
Package acceptance validation warning: The following restricted capabilities require approval before you can use them in your app: runFullTrust.

Assuming that by DAC you mean that you're using the Desktop Bridge and generated your package via the Desktop App Converter, then you need the runFullTrust restricted capability. The runFullTrust capability enables your bridged desktop component. Without runFullTrust your app can use only the standard UWP API surface.
