We are in France. We have a developper in India who help us but it can't connect to our account with our login because he have the windows who ask another email to log and we didn't have another email.

So if I understand correctly your account has been locked due to unusual login attempts (originating from India to your French account), so now the account asks for verification by sending a verification code to either the secondary mail address provided when the account was created or by sending a SMS to the number provided back then?
