I am just getting started with Project Online and Project Pro. I have experience with using MS Project, but want to properly setup Project Online using best practices.  Is there a recommended book/material on the proper steps to accomplish this?

In my humble opinion, Chefetz and Raymond are far and away the best authors in the field.  They publish an "Implementing and Administering" and a "Managing" book for each version of Project Server.  I have both copies for 2007, 2010, and 2013.  All have all been incredible reference material.
