I have made a .themepack file by compressing a folder to a .cab file and changing the extension to .themepack. The folder contains a .theme file and a subfolder (called Wallpaper) with .jpg files inside. When I try to install it by double clicking the .themepack file I get an error message saying "This theme can't be applied to the desktop". I suspect there might be something wrong with my .theme file (since the folder contains nothing else but images). I have followed the guidelines on Microsoft's webpage Theme file format and I'm thinking maybe they are outdated and does'nt apply to Windows 10?.
