解决方案

I don't have WEDU in use but there was something which didn't look like something you should have to select but you can/have to select it. I think it was the text / DS or anything on the right side. than the button get's active.

 

Edit: Click on the paragraph in the right side panel that describes WES7. The register button should then become active.
