I installed SP2 now encoder spends alot of time not responding during set up I was doing live smooth streaming just fine with SP1 now I can't get it to encode  had I get the same error message Cannot broadcast with the current bandwidth. please reduce the bitrates or size of the streams it worked very good with sp1 can I uninstall SP@

You should be able to uninstall SP2 and reinstall SP1. If you do not have a backup copy of the SP1 download, follow the "Downloads" menu option on the top of this web page. As recommended in your other thread, it is also a good idea to locate the product key before uninstalling.
