when I try to publish my encoded movie to a apache webserver with WebDAV, I got the following error:

And we use Basic HTTP authentication. And when I test if with a command line tool it does work. Also when I look at the apache log files, I see 401 errors. And then EE4 does an authenticate to put a different file. And then it does a PUT without authentication and that fails again.

So it looks like it does not authenticate all the time. And when an authentication goes wrong, it won't try again. So only 50% of my files are pushed! That is not going to work at all, and is absolute not reliable!
