目前我正在使用EE4 Pro测试Nvidia Tesla卡,以便为我们的VOD服务转码视频资产。在测试期间,我发现在GPU上编码的视频片段的质量比仅在CPU上编码的相同片段差得多。输出(SmoothStreaming,

Currently I'm testing Nvidia Tesla card with EE4 Pro for transcoding video assets for our VOD Service. During the tests I've found that quality of video fragment encoded on GPU is much worse than the same fragment encoded only on CPU. Output (SmoothStreaming, h.264, AAC) is very blocky and has a big number of artifacts especially in moments of movement on screen. Almost every setting is optimized for quality, but the output quality is unsatisfactory.

Hardware configuration is sufficient - I'm running EE on 2x6-core Xeon CPUs with 12 GB of RAM and Nvidia Tesla 2050.

I had major Cuda quality issues when following the settings recommended in the SP1 release.  I have used Bicubic resizing combined with Force Bob deinterlacing to come up with acceptable results.  It still isn't up to par with CPU only but it is WAY faster and still reasonable quality.
