I get my Keywords from GetKeywordsByAdGroupId or GetKeywordsByIds operation.. now i need the campaign id and adgroup id for further handling of the keyword but these data is not part of the request response.

you would maybe suggest that i already must know the ids to get the keyword: answer is yes but also no because i have separate independant functions in my code with no common "base" class or so where i can store it.. so i have to do sth. like reverse request (?)
Simplest solution would be that the response for the operations return also the ids i need (like KeywordPerformanceReport does)

no, i can't use KeywordPerformanceReport, because i need keyword data where no performance is given (and this is not delivered by the report)
