I get this error, "an unknow error has occured" in project center of MS project server 2010.

all the other views are fine and just this one fails to load all of a sudden. The other people using the Ms Project server have no problem. It's only me. I even logged on another machine and still didn't work.

Hi there,

What patch level is your Project Server farm? There was an issue where you would get duplicate custom field values, this caused issues with Project Center views that had filters in place. See this post for the error you might see in the ULS logs, links to the SQL fix and update to prevent this issue:
