 我有一个项目服务器2010环境和用户转到项目中心页面，页面上的项目中心Web部件（此页面上只有Web部件）需要很长时间才能呈现所有项目的列表。

我尝试用较少的列更改不同的视图，但仍需要很长时间。我理解每次它运行查询从数据库中提取信息，但有没有办法让这更快。通常这个Web部分位于/pwa/projects.aspx。
  我还检查SQL服务器端的运行状况，并且没有重大问题。你有没有在你的环境中做过这件事？

 Hello,

 I have a project sever 2010 environment and when users go to project center page, project center web part on the page (only web part on this page) takes long time to render the list of all the projects.

I have tried to change different views with less column but it still takes long time. I understand every time it runs a query to pull information from DB but is there any way to make this faster. Usually this web part is at /pwa/projects.aspx.  I also check health on the SQL server side and there are no major issues. Have you done anything for this in your environment?

Are you having many column in summary view, If yes then you just try to remove some column then check.

Performance depends server performance,Utilization, Memory usage of server, Number of user using PWA in short check the capacity planning.

It also depends where your server is located and from which location users are using application and network performance. 

you can also check your DB maintenance plan for index.

you can also restart the project server services if your business allows.
