1. 告知所有PWA和Project Pro用户有关中断窗口的信息。

1. Inform all your PWA and Project Pro user about the outage windows.

2. Next make sure that there are no projects, resources and other enterprise entities checked-out. If there are then have them checked in.

3. Depending on outage window, make sure that all your scheduled jobs  (Administrative backup, OLAP cube build, ERP\Group AD sync etc) are not starting during same timeframe. If conflicting then take appropriate action
