I have VS2010 and Expression Blend 4 RC running on a 64 bit windows 7 machine.  When I run curent project from inside of blend, it opens in IE 64 bit.  This is no good since Silverlight will not run in IE 64 bit.  If I open the project in VS2010 and run from there, it works fine. Shortcuts to web pages put on my desktop open in the 32 bit version of IE.  I looked at default program extension associations and there it says IE 64 bit can not be set as default so I am assuming that is not the issue.

Blend should be launching your default browser.  I can't think of anything off the top of my head that should change that.
