Hi All, I am new in project Server and PWA 2010. I can create tasks through a project site which is created corresponding to a project. This task is listed only on the Project site. I cannot found this task on the Project Web Application Site/ the Microsoft Project Professional file corresponding to that site. Please help me. Thanks in advance

Tasks in the Project Site are not the same as tasks on the project plan, they are not synchronised.  Think of the tasks on the project site as "Other Actions that require attention" - (I often rename the Tasks to be Actions).  You should continue to plan your tasks in MS Project.
