I have installed the 'Tag Admin for Visual Studio 2017' extension to my VSTS 2017 desktop setup. The 'Tag Admin' button appears on my VS Team Explorer, but when I click it it just displays the message 'No tag(s) found.', despite the fact that there definitely are tags on my current repos. Are there any particular permissions required for this to work properly (I already have Force push permission), or any other possible reasons anyone can think of for this?

I can repro your issue in my side.

This means that there are no work item tags in the currently connected TFS team project. Please add a new work item with Tags, then, click Refresh icon in Team Explorer, check the result.
