I was wondering if VS 2017 Build Tools 15.4.5 is available to download for layouts?

I note that VS 2017 Enterprise/Pro/Community has a n-1 release for rollback purposes, but I was unable to find the same for Build Tools. I'd like to maintain a layout to keep our build dependencies on consistent versions while we test latest.

There is only the latest version of vs2017 build tools 15.5.2 available in download site. visual studio 2017 15.4.5 can be download, but there is no standalone build tools 15.4.5.
