Hi All,

   I am not able to create a new custom form in SharePoint Designer 2013. I am getting an error "Could not save the list changes to the server". Can anyone help on this.

Sometimes the issue happens due to the lookup column. Please check if you are using lookup column in this site. If yes, you could follow below link to try.
