Hi, I have been facing issue with Windows Phone Emulator as it is not deploying the application that is visible hyper-v summary tab. I am wondering if this has anything to do with the "Valid Registration" for "Windows Phone App Developer Account"?

Should one have a registered Developer Account of Windows App Developer to debug and test by using the "emulator"{not in phone}? Thanks,

Please read the sticky posts, especially the Guide to posting: subject line tags and Known Issues for Windows 10 SDK and Tools , and don't forget add tag to your question.

Not it is not necessary to have a developer Account for deploying the app to the emulator. I think there is some problem with emulator VM. Follow to the suggestion provided by Barry Wang to the your related post.
