Hi,

We are facing an issue with content deployment job is SharePoint 2010. Below are the details of the issue:

The job deploys content from UAT to Production which is scheduled on a daily basis, however this job is failing and below are the observations:

No error in export logs in UAT.
Error found in import logs in Production, occurred at one of the lookup column(MainCategory) in the list EducationSubCategory and below is the error message:
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Cannot complete this action.  Please try again.    at Microsoft.SharePoint.Library.SPRequestInternalClass.UpdateField(String bstrUrl, String bstrListName, String bstrXML)     at Microsoft.SharePoint.Library.SPRequest.UpdateField(String bstrUrl, String bstrListName, String bstrXML)          

We have verified the lookup column properties in both the environments (UAT and Production), but there aren't any issues found.
