我们通常不建议用户使用CClenaer，而不仅仅是VS相关的注册表项，但是一些其他系统注册表项也将被删除。安装bootstapper文件丢失或损坏。

I initially was installing visual studio 2017: Community edition when I had to cancel the installation. I also uninstalled whatever the installer had created on my list of programs.
I came back the next day to have another go at installing it, however after running the bootstrapper and seeing the loading bar climb to 100%, nothing happened. I reckoned that it was having some issues starting the installer due to old installer files. So
I deleted all existing files in %TEMP%, \AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio, there was no files in Programfiles(x86).
After this i ran a full Registry cleanup with CCleaner (I know it's not the best, but it's all I had at the time). This removed some registry entries that were hanging around from the initial installation. I then done a full reboot.
Sadly this did not resolve the issue, so I located the logs within %TEMP%. I have attached the full log file to this post but I will show the exception overview here for ease of viewing:

I have been unable to find anything relating to this exception in regards to the VS installation, only .NET specific development problems. Since I have exhausted many of the avenues I know of to troubleshoot this, I would greatly appreciate any insight that

We usually don't recommend users to use the CClenaer, not only VS related registry key, but some other system registry key will also be deleted. The setup bootstapper file is missing or corrupted.
