I have been researching the fact that my Windows 7 SP1 will not contact microsoft updater to check for new updates.  This has been going on for sometime unknown to me till I tried to install new software, TruboCAD Designer 17 and got the following error below.  When trying Window updater to check for updates I get the code 80073712 also.  Problems are related.  I have tried some of the fixes I have read about in this and other forms, however; all the fixes are for Vista and XP.  Usually the information does not match up with what I have in Windows 7. I have run microsoft auto fixer programs several time some saying problems fixed, but not this problem.  Could really use some help.
