I am running VS 2010 Ultimate (C++) on XP Pro SP3. It's a 2-core processor with 3GB.

VS 2010 crashes *a lot.* I haven't been able to put my finger on the exact circumstances; it seems utterly unpredictable. There are two variants:

This is waaaaay annoying behavior. Any pointers?

This is really a problem. It crashes two or three times an hour. I would go back to 2008 (which was perfectly stable for me) if I thought back-converting the projects would be easy.
