The comma "," is not a KQL query operator.

If you put the words in double quotation marks (""), it is a phrase.

If you want to use a word as free-text expressions, enter a word without spaces or punctuation. To construct complex queries, you can combine multiple free-text expressions with KQL query operators.

For example, we can use And or OR operator to broaden or narrow your search.
