Hi all! So I have a simple custom list for a contact us form. I've created a web part to show on a site page. All items show up fine. I edited the web part and checked off "Display Search Box" and that showed fine as well. But the search won't give any results. For example I have a number of items with the word "Test" in it. Zero results on search. Tried searching for values in every field. No luck.

I did have to make the site very secure and are using custom permission levels.

Maybe I turned off a site feature or permission level that this box uses? Any thoughts? Can't find any documentation on any of these dependencies.

I checked the list advanced settings and indexing is turned on. I ran that too. No change.
