I am currently in the middle of setting up a new SharePoint based on the latest version.

As part of this Sharepoint, there is going to be an archive library of previous reports, which I want our colleagues to search through for answers to some questions they may have before contacting me and then i have to send them across the report.

To make this easier though, i want people to be able to search through the documents using tags associated with them (EG if someone is looking for something relating to Tesco Convenience documents they can Search 'Tesco , Convenience' and it will bring up all the documents that have that as part of their tags, even if the document does not have Tesco or Convenience in the title)

Is it actually possible to be able to tag/hashtag uploaded documents so that people can start using this search function?
