Hi,

How about other Office files, such as a World file?

What is size of the Excel file? Please try a small file.

Try uploading the file using IE or another browser, compare the results.

And, try uploading the file to another site to check whether it is a site issue.

Besides, you could test in another machine to see if it can be reproduced.
