When you try to upload multiple documents to the document library, the Upload Multiple Documents option is not available in SharePoint Server online.

SharePoint Server 2013和SharePoint Online中不建议使用上载多个文档"选项.

The Upload Multiple Documents option is deprecated in SharePoint Server 2013 and SharePoint online.
