We just patched our SP 2013 on prem to CU March 2018. After running the PSConfigui, and stumbled into orphaned features issue, we had to run PS script to remove those orphaned features and re-run the PSConfigui again. It finished, but we found the following issues:

- Sharepoint search box disappear. The search application is running. It was paused, but we resumed it using Powershell (e.g. .resume), and content sources are all crawling, but somehow, on the front end site, all search boxes (on the header) don't show. On Search center, there's no search text box either. 

-前端和搜索服务器显示为不需要升级，但是即使已对补丁程序进行了修补，App服务器仍显示需要升级?这是正常的吗?

- Front end and Search server shown as no upgrade required, but App server still shows upgrade required, even though it's been patched? Is this normal?
