您好，我已经安装了kb888111，并且在我的XP SP2中安装了Realtek驱动程序，但是仍然无法正常工作，并且Windos仍然弹出一个新的驱动程序?该怎么做，请提出任何建议

hello i ve installed kb888111 and i install my realtek driver in my xp sp2  but still not working and windos still popup a new driver found ?? what to do please any suggestions
