I implemented a push source filter which also has a reference clock and filter graph uses this clock. Basically, reference clock will be adjusted according to incoming data rate.

When running in WinXP, source filter and reference clock work fine. But in Win7, every time adjusting the clock causes problem. I put debug message in FillBuffer() (each pin is derived from CSourceStream class) and found at this time the delivery of sample from source filter to decoder takes a long time to finish. Then data delivery gets unsmooth.
