Hi I got the sample code for hooking keyevent.
It works on winxp but not on win7.
The sample code uses SetWindowsHookEx & LowLevelKeyboardProc API.

You probably need to run the application with elevated privileges in Win7.
Right click on the EXE and select "Run as administrator".
