I have an issue with Oracle Application (Oracle Financials) on Win7, when starts this app, IE8 crash and then close. Well for this issue i read so much oracle forums and i found a solution . This solution was replace jvm.dll file because jinitiator doesnt work on windows7 (or not?), and then apps start fine, BUT another error ocurrs on workflow diagram (when i click on process tab):
