 Already almost 2 weeks I get error while installing "Cumulative Servicing Release for Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 (KB3165756)". I have inspecting various topics with same problem on this, and a lot of other websites, followed all advises i found and still, cant install this update. I will list all my attempts : 

1) Reinstalling windows 10 - twice,

2) Reinstalling Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise/Pro about 10 times with ISO installer,

3) Trying to install with target installer for this update, attempting to "retry" downloading from internet N times,

4) Disabling antivirus, cleaning temp and system files

4) Trying all of the above on 3 different machines.

Can I finally hear something that will make it work, cause it starts to get out of hand.

This Cumulative Servicing Release can be installed only on computers that have Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 installed. All fixes are cumulatively added to a single installer and cannot be installed individually.

3. When the package download is successful, all specified components have been acquired successfully.
In the file location that you specified, find the executable file and the package folder. This is everything you need to copy to a shared location or install media.
You can now run the installation from the file location or the install media.
