After my Windows 7 had both KB980408 & Kb975496 automatically installed on it I was no longer able to sign on to a secure remote desktop that I sign on to daily. Uninstalling both of these "fixes" enabled me to sign onto the remote server again.  However they reinstalled themselves again overnight (even though I had clicked on ask before updates are installed) and again I lost my ability to connect.  I again uninstalled both today and as my computer was rebooting after the uninstall it reinstalled them again. Finally after another uninstall action the didn't reinstall and I was able to immediatly get on to the Secure Remote Desktop without any other changes to my system.

What can I do to remove this problem but still have the auto update back on.
