Many times when I use the "Save Picture As" feature in internet explorer and there is an existing filename I need to physically rename the new graphic file. Maybe in the new windows feature it would either automatically detect whether a file with the filename already exist and add a 1 or 2 to to filename or give the user the option to have windows rename the file. This feature should also be able to be turned on or off as needed.
