I needed the Web version of VS for Silverlight, so that is where I started. But no Blend there. Huh?
Then I downloaded and installed the Desktop version, as I might use WPF too. Not there. Phew!
Then the same procedure again for the Windows version. All right, there is Blend. Starts up. I need and get a license, well all right. I try to open my Silverlight stuff, not licensed. What?!
Does this work for Silverlight at all in Express? Can I get that license the same way too? Or is it only by paying after all?
