I receive my gateway e-4000 from college as incentive, and my heat sink went out.  I had a gentlemen who repaired and upgraded.  I had to reload my windows 2003 and I recently got wireless internet.  My computer tells me that during downloading browser that my volumne license key is blocked.  I don't understand and my windows is not genuine.  I bought the software from the same college.  I just want to resolve this and have my gateway work faster with my software.  Can someone help me.
