I have run my automated test case   using MTM 2010. After the test run i'm able to see the attachments files generated as the part of the report. Where the test results are stored when i run the test through MTM..???

In MTM, Go to Test tab and click on analyze results.

在附件部分，将有一个名为tmiRun.tr_的文件.打开该文件，您可以在Visual Studio中查看与该测试运行相对应的所有测试结果的结果.

In attachments section, there will be a file named tmiRun.tr_ Open this file and you can see the results in Visual studio for the all test results corresponding to the test run.
