While checking-in SharePoint 2013 online documents from MS Word and MS Excel applications, I keep getting error – "Microsoft Office cannot complete this operation because uploads are paused. Resume uploads and try again."

I had repaired my MS office and tried again but it is not solving this issue. I was able to do so before but recently I can’t.

Hi Shruti- that's an issue with MS upload center. Could be due to a poor internet connection, but usually not and easily fixed.

Make sure Office has all the latest updates.

You should see an upload center icon at the bottom of your screen. Open that, click settings and delete the cache. Restart the program and see if that fixes the issue.
