As a tier 1 CSP partner, we want start using cloudyn. After activating it, some data is shown but not everything seems to be there and some dashboard have no data at all. Is this a rights issue or how can I troubleshoot?

After initial set up, it can take up to 24 hours to view cost data in Cloudyn. It can also take up to 10 days for Cloudyn to collect enough data to display sizing recommendations.

You can try deleting the dashboard and recreate it and see if that shows the complete data. If problem persist, contact support by creating a support request for Cloudyn.
