for the past  couple of weeks we are experiencing slowness on our sharepoint sites in the morning for about 30 mins. CPU looks normal on the server. Took verbose logs during the time it is slow and compared with the logs when it is not slow, I saw style library and site collection images are having above 30000 execution times in the slow logs. Where can I look to see the cause? Thanks for any ideas.

Please also check the CPU and memory of your SQL server.

Style library hosts css files and js files. Please make sure Everyone and NT AUTHORITY\authenticated users are added into Style Resource Readers group. Also for Images library, check if there are some images which are used in custom code on your sites.
