As most of us already know, MS is experiencing issues with Azure MFA and we in addition to many others are unable to log into our 0365 portals if we enabled MFA.  If anyone know whether or not if we bring MFA server on premise whether that would bypass MFA in the cloud and allow us to control the authentication?

I have been able to authenticate with MFA through Azure MFA server today during the issue, so for todays issue i would say yes.
