I am trying to move documents from parent site to sub-site using "moveTo" rest post method inside a SP Designer Workflow. I have set up the Workflow app permissions to Full control.

https://MyServer/sites/MySiteCollection/_api/web/getfolderbyserverrelativeurl('Documents')/Files/GetbyUrl('Test.docx')/MoveTo(newurl='/sites/MySiteCollection/MySubsite/Documents/Test.docx',flags=1)

Note : I am able to move documents using "MoveTo" method inisde workflow to move documents form one library to another withing same site.

I get following error currently testing in "POSTMAN"
