I have added a new site collection of type Team site inside our office 365 sharepoint online. now i wanted to activate the "SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure"  site collection feature, but i got the below error:-

Now i try deleting the whole site collection, and i try to add new one , then i try to active the feature, but i got the same error !!
